1.  Return policy

1.1 Outlined Return Policy:
•    You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your product.
•    The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.
•    The product must be in its original packaging with all its accessories and documentation.
•    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1.2 Exchanges:
•    The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is approved. We recommend reaching out to our Customer Service team for assistance at info@vulpex.com

1.3 Return Costs: 
•    Please note that return shipping costs, along with any related VAT and customs fees, are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

2.  How to return your order

2.1 Pack your order
Please ensure that all items are securely packed in the original packaging with all tags included. We do not accept used products for return.

2.2 Return Steps:
1.    Email us at info@vulpex.com with the reason for your return.
Subject line: Return: [Your Order Number]
2.    Download the return form here and include it in your package.
3.    Send your package to our return address:

4.    Once your package is shipped, please send the tracking number to info@vulpex.com

2.3 Refunds:
•    Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
•    You will receive the credit within a certain number of days (usually within 10 days), depending on your bank issuer's policies.
•    If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
