1. Shipping

1.1 Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates
•    Shipping Fees: We offer various shipping options, which may incur different fees. The shipping fee for your order will be displayed at checkout.
•    Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

1.2 Shipping Locations
•    Most orders will be shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands, unless items are out of stock or it is more strategic to ship from our Asian warehouse. Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

1.3 Shipping Carriers
•    We partner with premium shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely such as UPS, FedEx, and PostNL. The carrier handling your delivery will be indicated in your shipping confirmation.

1.4 Customs and Import Taxes
•    For shipments outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

1.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments
•    In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

2. Order processing and tracking 

2.1 Processing orders
•    Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times may be extended in cases of high order volumes or postal service issues beyond our control.
•    Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 13:00 will be processed the next business day.

2.2 Tracking Your Order
•    Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
•    If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us or contact the shipping courier directly.

2.3 Pre-order Phase
•    When products are available for pre-order, they will be shipped according to the date range specified on the product page. Until then, we are unable to fulfill and ship these orders. Pre-ordering secures your item in advance and guarantees that you will be among the first to receive it once shipping starts.
