TERMS AND CONDITIONS – VULPEX B.V.

Section 1 – Definitions 1.1. "Vulpex B.V.": A private limited liability company (Besloten Vennootschap) based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 96130210, VAT NL867481353B01. 1.2. "Customer": Any party, whether consumer or business entity, who purchases products or services via the webshop, marketplaces, email, WhatsApp, or SMS. 1.3. "Agreement": Any written or electronic agreement between Vulpex and the Customer. 1.4. "Products": All goods falling under the two-wheeler industry, including locks, accessories, and related items.

Section 2 – Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access the site or use our services. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing this page regularly.

Section 3 – Applicability and Amendments These terms apply to every quote, order, and delivery made by Vulpex. We reserve the right to revise these terms at our sole discretion. The latest version shall always apply.

Section 4 – Prices, Payment, and Taxes 4.1. Prices for consumers include VAT. Prices for EU business clients are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. 4.2. Payments can be made via iDeal, Klarna, credit card, or invoice. 4.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing or typographical errors.

Section 5 – Online Store Terms (including Shopify) 5.1. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing the online e-commerce platform. 5.2. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws. 5.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected abuse or breach of these terms.

Section 6 – Delivery and Retention of Title 6.1. Deliveries are made from our own inventory. 6.2. Estimated delivery times: NL ≈ 2 working days, EU ≈ 3–5 working days. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation. 6.3. Products remain the property of Vulpex until full payment is received.

Section 7 – Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal 7.1. Consumers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period unless the product is customized. 7.2. B2B clients have no return rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Section 8 – Warranty and Complaints 8.1. All products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. 8.2. Customers must initially bear the shipping cost for warranty investigation. Costs will be reimbursed if the defect is confirmed.

Section 9 – Limitation of Liability 9.1. Vulpex is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or delays. 9.2. Any liability is limited to the invoice amount of the product in question.

Section 10 – Force Majeure 10.1. Vulpex is not liable in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.

Section 11 – Intellectual Property 11.1. All content, designs, photos, and patents are owned by Vulpex B.V. or its licensors. 11.2. Use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Section 12 – User Accounts and Verification 12.1. You are responsible for providing correct, current, and complete account information. 12.2. We reserve the right to restrict or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized reselling.

Section 13 – Third-Party Tools and Links 13.1. We may offer access to third-party tools "as is" without warranty. Use is at your own risk. 13.2. We are not responsible for any third-party websites linked from our site.

Section 14 – Comments and Feedback 14.1. Comments, ideas, or suggestions submitted may be used by Vulpex without obligation or compensation.

Section 16 – Errors and Inaccuracies 16.1. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions on our site without prior notice.

Section 17 – Prohibited Uses 17.1. It is prohibited to use the site or its content for:

Illegal purposes
Soliciting illegal acts
Violating intellectual property
Uploading viruses or malicious code
Collecting personal data without consent

Section 18 – Termination 18.1. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services for any breach of these terms.

Section 19 – Indemnification 19.1. You agree to indemnify Vulpex against any claims resulting from your breach of these terms.

Section 20 – Severability 20.1. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.

Section 21 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction 21.1. These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. 21.2. All disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
